How it works:
 
Step 1: Confirm your vehicle’s support and purchase the HP tuners CM2450B service. Ensure you have an MPVI3 or MPVI4 interface and 2018+bypass cable (included in this kit)
 
Step 2: After placing your order, download and complete the shipping form found under the “Shipping” tab. Place the form inside your shipping box.
 
Step 3: Remove your ECM and package it safely with the completed shipping form.
 
Step 4: Write your order number clearly on the outside of the shipping box.
 
Step 5: Ship your ECM to HP Tuners using any carrier of your choice. Shipping costs to HP Tuners are the responsibility of the customer.
 
Step 6: HP Tuners upgrades your ECM for tuning and diagnostics and ships it back to you.
 
Step 7: Reinstall your upgraded ECM, purchase and apply Universal Credits, and begin tuning using your interface and VCM Suite BETA.
